Northstar research are an award winning, global insights agency that shy away from traditional methods and apply bespoke and creative methodologies to help clients make business decisions with their customers at the centre.
Their new branding and repositioning showcased Northstar's unique position and unconventional and fearless nature.
Northstar needed to modernize their visual identity to communicate their innovative approach to market research, positioning them as a forward-thinking leader in the industry while also maintaining the trust and credibility they've built over decades.
We rebranded Northstar’s image to showcase their creative expertise, while highlighting their innovative and distinctive methodologies in the otherwise traditional market research industry.

We conducted in-depth interviews and workshops to understand the needs of internal stakeholders. Externally, we collected customer insights on brand perceptions and conducted competitive landscape research to shape the rebranding strategy.
We designed illustrations to complement Northstar's new visual identity and communicate thier individual approach to market research.
We redesigned Northstar’s website to align with their new brand identity, featuring motion graphics and micro interactions to showcase their mission, whilst also delighting the user with thoughtful user experience.
